High-Protein Indian Breakfasts You Can Get Delivered in East Delhi

Most Indian breakfasts are carb-heavy and protein-light. Here's how to fix that without giving up paratha mornings — and what to order for delivery in Krishna Nagar and around.

Walk into most Delhi breakfast spots and you'll find the same lineup: aloo paratha, poha, chole bhature, maybe an omelette on the side. Comfort food, sure. But run the macros on a typical two-paratha-with-butter breakfast and you're looking at 500-600 calories with barely 10-12g of protein. For anyone training regularly, that's a rough way to start the day — you're spending most of your calorie budget on carbs and fat before 9am, with almost nothing to support recovery from yesterday's session or fuel today's.

The fix isn't cutting out Indian breakfast, it's rebalancing it. A good high-protein breakfast should land somewhere around 25-35g of protein for 400-500 calories — enough to keep you full past 11am and actually contribute to your daily protein target instead of just filling a gap.
