• Birthday — to send you a birthday offer around your day (opt-in; you can leave it blank).
• Contact form data — to reply to your enquiry.

We share the minimum necessary with:

• Meta Platforms Inc. — via the Meta Pixel, for analytics and ad measurement.
• Google LLC — via Google Analytics 4, for site analytics.

We do not sell your personal data. When you leave cafegainz.com to order via Swiggy or Zomato, or to chat on WhatsApp, those platforms operate under their own privacy policies — we don't control what they collect once you're on their side.

We retain account data for as long as your account is active, or up to 3 years after your last order, whichever is later. Contact form messages are kept for one year. Analytics data follows the standard Meta and Google retention windows (typically 26 months).
