"Combo meal" can mean almost anything depending on where you order from — sometimes it's balanced, sometimes it's 900 calories of rice and gravy with a token piece of protein on top. We built ours to lean toward the first, and we'd rather show you the actual numbers than just tell you to trust the "healthy" label.
Take our Chicken Curry Rice: 520 calories for 42g of protein, with 55g of carbs and 14g of fat. That's a genuinely strong ratio for a curry-based dish — over 8g of protein per 100 calories — because the curry itself is built with less oil than a typical restaurant version, and the chicken portion is sized to actually anchor the meal rather than sit on top of it.
